This award supports the curiosity, confidence, and early momentum of young women who are just starting out - whether as students, recent graduates, or first-time learners. It’s a launchpad for those who dream of shaping the future through technology.

  • Young professionals with 0–3 years experience.
  • First-time learners interested in ethical, responsible AI.

The Manjula & Sushil Khanna Award

This award is dedicated to women who are already on their professional paths but seek to integrate AI into their work, upskill for leadership roles, or transition into more technical or strategic functions. It recognizes experience, ambition, and the courage to evolve.

  • Professionals with 5+ years in technology, AI, or data-related roles.
  • Women pivoting into AI, data, or tech from adjacent fields.
  • Entrepreneurs, product managers, or policy leads adopting AI in their work.
